It's the change of seasons here in the High-five state. We've just finished with summer and now it's the Cold & Flu season!!!!!!
Why do people come to work sick?????
I don't need any additional germs, I have enough for my body!
We have sufficient sick time to stay at home. Hey, you can even work from home, we have the technology.........
I ran in the rain yesterday because I'm a Bad-ass (stupid), so I'm expecting to come down with something soon...........

Germ-spreading is my BIGGEST pet peeve. Argh!
When I'm sick, I sure as heck am NOT coming in!!! Hope you can stay healthy.
You are a bad@ss for running in the rain! :)
My sick/vacation time is all the same - I'd rather use it for a fun trip than sitting at home! That being said, I don't tend to get contagious bugs, other than the occasional cold. I have my allergy sneezing in the morning almost daily and people assume I'm sick but it's just allergies. (I'm trying to tellthem I'm allergic to work but they won't buy it for some reason)
WFH really helps keep sick people out of the office where I work. Prior to that, too often folks would come in sick because they "had work to do"
Can't stay home every time you catch a cold, it takes a week or so to get over one. And we are not allowed to telecommute where I work. Amazing in this day and age.
Depending on how your company deducts sick time, I can see going to work when ill.
