Well Day one of the Goofy Challenge is in the books and Sandy ran 15 miles of running with the Michigan chapter of TNT. She also is suffering from the onset of what sounds like a cold. Runner Gal Leana finished the ½ and seems like she took it easy in preparation for the full marathon.
This is a crazy way to spend a weekend in Orlando with the temps in the low eighties! Whatever happened to just sitting at poolside with a few adult beverages?
After a shaky start the Packers won in weather that was Lambeau worthy, snow and cold.
Now let’s cheer for the NY Giants to defeat Dallas and we’ll have a Championship game next week at Lambeau Field.

Great job to those doing the Goofy Challenge. I know someone who pulled it off this weekend, too. Perhaps someday I'll attempt it myself.
