Shutting it Down, Clancey

I've noticed a rare phenomenon about my knees. If I take time off from running, I don't have any pain or discomfort in my knees, Duh!

So I'm taking some well needed time off from pounding the pavement!


So Saturday was the last group training run for the summer TNT team. It wasn't mushy or drawn out, we just went out and ran. It seems like just a few weeks ago we were starting out and now it's coming to an end.

Enjoy your down time from running Ken, now you will be biking it! Hope you've got that bike seat sorted out!

Will you be heading to Anchorage with your team? I won't be going this round, but Doug will be.

Take some needed time off-I just took a week off from running and it was nice.

Isn't it crazy how fast the teams rotate in and out?!

We're going to have to meet up at a TNT event. My next events will be Nike and San Antonio.
