We finally have some decent weather so that meant going outside on our parking structure's roof. I'm not sure if was being ten floors up or the sun reflecting off the pavement, but it got hot quick.

Wall Ball with 20 lbs. Medicine Ball
Broad jumps up garage ramp
Run 200 meters
Wall squat with a Ball press (20 lbs. Medicine Ball)

I love wokring out places that arent meant for it. I did a crossfit class and had to drag a boulder through a parking lot. i felt rebellious. and ridiculous. but in a good way.
