It Hurts

We got our asses kicked in Extreme class! It appears that the more classes, the harder it gets.

I think since everyone in the class is showing progress, we’re getting through the rounds quicker.And since we have to fill out the entire 45 minutes, he has us doing more repetitions.


This WOD(Workout of the Day) was for thirty reps and four rounds.

Burpees..... I looooveee Burpees. I say this only so my Bootcamp coach won't torture me with more. Well done!!
