Wednesday's Why????????

Why would a person with a known shoulder problem attempt to do triceps dips as part of their workout?????

People are really stupid sometimes...........

Why would a person that isn't really training for a race go out and do 1/4 repeats in sub-freezing temps at night?

People are really stupid sometimes...........

Why would  a person eat like crap and still try to maintain two-a-day workouts?

People are really stupid sometimes...........

I hope you do realize that this isn't anyone that I may know.....................

if i knew this person i'd tell them to stop being so dumb. and i'd also tell them it's ok to be dumb sometimes. lol
