WTF! We go from a balmy winter to 5º with wind???????

My body is not ready for this........ Now they're saying we'll get 5 inches of snow too.

Due to Informational meeting and TNT clinics, I've actually taken two consecutive days off from running and my legs feel fantastic!

Can you remember when your legs were feeling like normal people legs???

Thanks to a crazy Canadian, I started logging my food again and now I see why that damn scale isn't going down!

I also realize how little water I drink unless I'm at the gym. So I can only assume that gym water taste better than work water or my water at home.

Okay, time to think about getting the team out in single digits to train......

I ran this morning in that weather!!!! We won't be at Stony tomorrow but will be there Sunday. It's not going to be fun to run tomorrow either. It will give your trainees thick skin. Ha!

NO JOKE! Cold snap hit here too. Gross. And snow. Dislike.

Love tracking. Good work.

I'm a terrible water drinker in the winter--I just want something warm and warm water....not so tasty....

I like the video idea for your newbies that you posted on Thursday. I think one question you should ask is, "What's the farthest you think you can run?" If they stick with it, they'll eventually laugh at how they lowballed themselves.

Good luck with that cold!
