Wednesday's Why????

Okay, at my age you would think I know better but................

Why do I omit lunges from my normal workout routine for 17 years and then decide to start doing them? I know that the following day my arse is going to scream!

Why do we stop doing speedwork but still participate in races in the winter months?

Where are all those folks I saw running in July on my way home from work?

Wouldn't it be nice to see all the outtakes from the Biggest Loser?

What the hell was that Black guy wearing around his neck on last night's episode?????

I never do speedwork and I race all year round. Guess we know why I'm slow LOL.

Maybe they are on treadmills? And yeah, the lunges hurt like a sonofabitch for a while. I haven't done them in years. I should probably do that...later.
