Tuesday's Thoughts..........

Have you ever had those moments when you just wanted to be silly?

You know when you get the giggles and can't help it?

No, I 'm not talking about when you were smoking that wacky tobacky last month!

Haven't you just wanted to take off down the aisles at work as if someone was chasing you?

Why don't they let us run at work????

I always tell spectators at races that the people behind me are criminals and trying to rob me!

How about showing up at a race wearing all the wrong things?

Wouldn't it be fun to wear a gray sweat suit from the 80s and a pair of Converse All-Stars and actually kicked some ass in a race?

What would they have done in Houston if the rain storm from Monday occurred while the Trials were going on????

Are you geeked about the Olympic Trials marathon this weekend?

Do you have a silly moment????

Peace

Going to Houston and can't wait to running-geek out with my friends! I'm going to be stuck running a 10K in a Brownie beanie and pigtails if my girls make their cookie sale goals (and I know they will). Kind of looking forward to it.

Definitely have had the giggles. Usually involves some form of alcohol though. Damn, the Olympic Trials are coming up? Now I won't be able to qualify because I forgot about them!

You have a very valid point that you posted on my blog. Especially since I had a very stressful race on Saturday (more on that later). :) Slow runners/walkers unite!

What do you mean you want to wear a grey track suit and converse...you mean you don't????

I want to be a smoker too and have a BIG BLOODY CAESAR to go with it. Why the hell are we trying to be so healthy and fit anyway...no one gets out of this alive!!

okay, that was my silly moment...happy Wednesday!

I would LOVE to wear old school clothes and run super fast. Well, as long as I was guaranteed no-chafing.
