Not sure what's happening but I've just had two crappy runs.
Yesterday was a total waste of time for me, I never did get into a groove of any type!
Today I pulled something in my left groin area and ended walking 3/4 miles home.
Now with the remainder of the holiday weekend, what am I to do?
My relationship with running isn't in a good place right now.......

Sorry to hear about the pulled muscle, give it a rest and you'll be back to lovey-dovey with running again!
Sometimes bad runs make us appreciate the good ones. If you are injured, take it easy!
Ignore it for a few days and then return to it fresh. That helps restore the relationship.
Sure, you "pulled your groin" while running. Yeah, that's what they all say :P
Take it easy and hope it's feeling better soon.

hmmm, how about a little down time...give yourself a well deserved break for the rest of the week, see if that helps.
