Three Things Thursday....

1) No January recap for this dude, I'm running without any real discomfort which is enough of a recap for me. Bring on February....

2) I won a one month membership to a local Crossfit box, so I expect to be in some real pain going into the next month. I love Crossfit and try to do a lot of my workouts along the same principle. One thin I would like to improve on are my Olympic lifts and mobility.

3) I hate wind!

Good luck w/ the Cross Fit workouts but be nice to that knee!

Thank you for your nice note. I will send you my race reports for any marathons I do since I'm still going to write those even though I'm not blogging (yes, I'm going to force you to read those!). Apologies that I disabled commenting--I had been getting too many things from those anonymous spam bots and was sick of it.

There's an older gentleman at my box who had knee surgery (on at least one knee not sure if both?) and he does great! Keep your limits in check and get in some good workouts. I love CF. I still love running too... I just can't modify that right now so I'm having a cardio affair...
