So I accumulated my little list of things and wondered, what do other athletes have??
- Heating pad
- Ice bags(one for work)
- Foam roller
- 'The stick'
- Epsom salt
- Knee braces
- Compression shorts
- Compression socks
- Ace bandages
- Ice
In 2005 they asked me if I would like to coach participants to run endurance events. I was elated and have been doing it since. Now I'm trying to spread the word of running to everyone.

I have a hot water bottle instead of a heating pad, but the list is pretty much bang on!
I use Traumeel to reduce inflammation, it is great!
I only own 3 of those items. Is that good or bad? Epsom salts are my friend.
I love my stick! Love it. And can't go without ice or my heating pad.
Recently read about Epsom salts...have they worked for you?
I only have one (compression shorts) - well, I suppose two. Everyone has ice - don't they?
Just a few days rest, couple of aspirin and good to go.
I have 2 wooden foot rollers - a must for high arches!
I'm with Lily on the Traumeel cream/gel. I also use a great product called Sportineen that has arnica in it as well.
I guess I'm not a real athlete. I don't have any of these things on hand. And I don't know what 'The Stick' is either.
