Tuesday's Thoughts....

When you first saw the Shake Weight, didn't you think it was a joke???

Where do the protesters of America get their photos of the president? I don't even have a photo of the president!!!

Do you think the protestors have a flag budget to purchase American flags to burn?

What would you like to see on a running club's website???

Which is better, the first five minutes of a race or the last five minutes????

Who knew that we all have a piriformis?????

Which is better training in altitude or training with an attitude????

The first 5 minutes, obviously, because you don't hate your life, want to die, or are in pain!

I know the damn piriformis all too well.

Training at altitude is the best of course...you can have an attitude anywhere. :^)

I'm with the first 5 minuters in races, when you still have hope. Since I used to be the webmaster for our track club web site, I know what draws people - race information and message boards. And such good questions to ponder, Ken, as always.

The last 5. Adrenaline surging you to the finish. Hopefully you haven't crapped your pants.
