1) I was talking to a friend of mine that has been unemployed for a few months and how much running he's able to get in now! He is actually running better than he has in years............ What would you do if you had those ten hours that work takes away????
2) I'm getting about 8 hours of sleep and still waking up like I could use another hour or two??? How much sleep do you 'real' athletes gets????
3) How many social media type website/apps are there in the world? It can take me longer to log my activities and what I've eaten than the actual workout! How many sites do you belong to and are you active on most of them?
