For no particular reason today's question is one that I've thought about for quite some time.
Why are the impoverished lest likely to exercise?
We talk about running being such an inexpensive sport, why aren't more lower income individuals taking part in it? Supposedly individuals in third world nations run to school and back home, sometimes barefoot. I know that's asking a lot for people in this nation. We collect running shoes year round to donate, so that helps a little.
Just think of the potential that could be out there just waiting to be found......
Okay, let me go mentor a young runner.
