How can I go the entire so-called winter without a sniffle and as soon as the weather gets warmer, BAM! A cold????? WTF
Is it just me or is everyone and their mother getting into the running shoe business? Every other page of Runner's World is a shoe ad.
I'm accumulating my list of self inflicted injuries for my annual physical. I can hear my doctor now, saying,"you know you're getting older........." blah, blah....
I looked back at my running log for March and it didn't exist! I think any running back fro the Detroit Lions had a longer run than me....
Without cutting the course or outright cheating what will be the next innovative change to running? Swimming has the streamline suits and cool flip turns. I even saw the two-handed bowler doing his thing. What can technology or us come up with?
If you drink blue Gatorade all day, shouldn't you pee blue????
Peace

Hence one of the reasons I do not subscribe to RW.
Three weeks ago when it was really starting to warm up I came down with a terrible cold. Coincidence? I think not!
Lions RBs may have run longer, but they also probably had more injuries.
I got a cold as soon as it got warmer, too. Hopefully these are the last for both of us for a long long long long time....
You have some interesting thoughts in that head of yours!
I don't know what's next for running. Mark read an article recently that said it's more a mental hurtle than physical for breaking the 2:00 barrier in the marathon. Can't remember where he read it, but they claim that once someone believes he can do it, he will. And then so will everyone else.
