Okay I've been writing about the heat, well this morning I decided to do something about it!
I'm typically an evening runner except for the weekends when I can properly get my body ready in the early morning hours....
My body is a regular machine when it comes to my morning routine. I have my cup of coffee and then get ready to read an article or two from either Runner's World or Running Times. If you don't know by now, I keep all of my running material in the Master bathroom, doesn't that sound nice?
So I went out the door thinking that my body was cleansed and ready to put in the miles. Well, was I wrong......................
I didn't get too far when my stomach started signaling me that we needed to stop running, right NOW!
So I gave it the old college try but alas I had to get back home and ready for work.
So as you can tell from this post, I'm a morning pooper and shouldn't deviate from my routine......
How does that crazy Canadian do it??????

I bet if you keep up the morning schedule, the BM time would adjust. I've been there. When you've got to go, you've GOT TO GO!
I agree with Rio. Your body's natural "movement" adjusts. I have the same issues trying to run in the evenings. Just can't do it.
It's most important to take care of business before heading out for a run. And you just can't rush things along...
Depending upon which Crazy Canuk you are referring to.........
Get up a half hour earlier, have your coffee pre-made with the timer, and then hit "the Library".
You should be ready to roll in no time before you have to head off to the office....
Now, that is from the Sr. Crazy Canuk....LOL
and honestly, who knew that we'd all be comfortable enough with one another to talk BM's....oh of course we are!!! Get over it!
