I did absolutely so exercise over the weekend.
I handed out water at a fluid station Saturday morning at a local 10k. It was nice to see a bunch of friends running and I didn't even have an urge to be out there with them!
I left the race and actually ran some errands, like a normal person on Saturday morning...
I can't remember the last weekend that I didn't run....
When was the last weekend you didn't run and you weren't injured????

Then i had to think about it. and don't know the answer.
