Why wouldn't you workout now???????
Researchers have found out that people that exercise five or more times a week get fewer and less severe colds than those who work out only one or fewer times!!!!
So when you need a little extra motivation to get your workout in, remember that cold that you're avoiding.

I can only imagine the colds I would get if I DIDN'T exercise...
I dunno Coach... I worked out some form or fashion for 29 days in October and was treated to a snot/mucus factory! :) I suppose I'm with Marlene though - it'd probably be even worse than it was.
Man...guess I gotta work out another day or two per week, then. No Colds Please!
