Team in Training Coach Dies at Nation's Triathlon

Just a quick post to mention that a Team in Training coach from North Virginia died at the Nation's Triathlon yesterday. I didn't personally know this gentleman but we hate when this happens at any event.

I hate when people die in general but especially at events. How many people do you know that say, oh, gosh, didn't a few guys die at the Detroit Marathon? Really sad though.

Ken - e-mail me when you have a chance, I want your opinion on something. Thanks!

This is terrible, and a reminder that with the Team, we're all one family.

Very sad and never like to read this news. :(

As they say - at least he went out doing what he loves.
