Is it polite for me to excuse myself and pause the machine while I go to a secluded place?
I can't be the only person afflicted with this disorder.... (ha, treadmillotoesis)....
I guess I never think about releasing the gaseous fumes when I'm frolicking outdoors because I'm moving and can get away from it.
Since we're talking about gross stuff, I've noticed another body behavior that has me puzzled????
This one has to do with poop. I can go the entire workday without taking a magazine reading break but the minute I go for my 'lunchtime' run(which isn't the same time of day), I have to take a dump???
Is my body so excited about the opportunity to go run that it automatically decide to flush excess materials?
Is there something about the smell or appearance of the locker room that makes me ill??
Okay, I hope you weren't reading this while eating but inquiring minds what to know?????
Have a great weekend...........

You know Shut up and Run seems to know stuff about poo.
I'm not gonna lie, I have the same issue with lunch {dumps} runs. I make a pit stop at the local community centre at the 2K mark EVERY SINGLE TIME. I wonder if they know I'm coming...
One of the things I had most about treadmilling is that I'm so self-conscious of NOISES! When outside, you don't hear the little burps and farts and grunts and gasps.... inside, I feel like everyone is looking at me and wonder "Did I just let one out?" I also have a hard time resisting the urge to snot-rocket. Such a lady.....
baahahahahahahah
Runs always lead to stop-n-drops for me. And I just assume that people have headphones on loud enough not to hear any toots that might escape on dreadmill runs. LOL
ha! I actually read this post out loud to my hubby because it made me laugh and he wanted to know what I was laughing at. Nice!
I think the solution is to just run outside. One more argument against treadmill running. :-)
Hi, my name is Jessica and I have treadmillotoesis. My treadmill is located in my hubby's office and he knows to not go in there if I'm running unless he has a gas mask.
Does that make you an old fart now, Coach?
