How can a dusting of snow turn into icy roads and sidewalks?????????
Went to the visitation for my friend that passed and was really struck how everything (pictures, medals, newspaper articles) was about running. Now as much as I love running, I would like to be thought of in some other lights also. He even wore a race T-shirt in the coffin.............
I have to think of bribes to get my TNT folks out this weekend, we're suppose to get some more snow and frigid weather.....
I've been eating non-stop today??????????
Remember logging mile pre-Garmin???? Now I log 4.27 miles when in the past if was 4.5 or maybe even 5 miles, depending on how I was feeling.....
As long as I've been running, I know absolutely nothing about sports bras!
I have no 2011 running goals yet..........
I only ran 7.47 miles last week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What is there other than running? If I drop dead right now, I want to be buried in a race tee! Can you let my family know?
7.47... are you sure you didn't miss a digit?
I just found your blog and I am loving it....just thought I would tell you! Oh and I am always eating non-stop....comes with running I guess:)
Well then I suggest you start reading up on those sport bras, you never know when a runner might just ask for your opinion!
i try not to log things like 4.26 miles, now i round to 4.2 or 4.3
Your friend that passed must be in heaven now, running to his heart's delight. (And, I think we're all overeating these days. You are not alone, Ken.)
I think that's awesome that the visitation was so runner-centric! Guess I'm a huge dork...
Um people still have their sprinklers on down here - depending on how long they are on they will make icy sidewalks or one is on so long it starts to look like snow.
I used to be anal about running a few extra steps so my garmin would end on a .3 or so instead of .27. Now I just write the .27. I used to round up / down too, pre-garmin.
...I hope you would know nothing about sports bras. Although you would make a killing inventing a sports bra for men a la Kramer...but then again most male runners have no need for a sports bra so maybe that wouldn't work out...
