So today's questions is 'why are our household pets smarter than us when it comes to stretching?'
I have to consciously make an effort to stretch at my desk. Who has 20 to 30 seconds to stretch, I ave to check Facebook?
In 2005 they asked me if I would like to coach participants to run endurance events. I was elated and have been doing it since. Now I'm trying to spread the word of running to everyone.

I'm still not a stretching convert. I roll..
I stretch diligently at work when I feel an injury coming on......
Because my dog has nothing else to do all but lay on my bed in the sun. He certainly has the time to stretch!
What is this stretching you speak of?
Interesting question. I do notice the dogs stretching several times a day. They probably do it several more times when I'm not paying attention. They don't seem to think about it, they just do it!
i roll also. but not regularly. it feels good. i just don't do it often.
our family dog had to have ACL surgery. i'm certain i've run more miles than her. so, stretching is bad!
BAHA!!! So true....I am really trying hard to stretch multiple times a day and I think it is helping. How was your cold run today?
