Wednesday Why???

Why blog?

I'm still hurting from Monday's EXTREME class and Tuesday's run and this morning's spinning class followed by another EXTREME class.

So it's short and to the point. Why do you blog?

For me it started as a way to keep myself accountable and as a way to look back on my own achievements when I'm having a bad day. Never thought i'd learn as much as I have from other wonderful bloggers so I just keep writing :)

I'm with Melanie. It's to hold myself accountable. If I say I will do something, in writing, most likely, it will get done. And I also blog to track my progress. It's good to see how far I've come.

I'm not sure lol

I had a friend who had a running blog and I kept leaving comments with questions and talk about my stuff in hers... so figured I
should have one of my own instead of hijacking someone else's! The funniest thing is that she stopped blogging awhile ago while I'm still going...

So we can complain and have mostly perfect strangers tell us we are doing good and to suck it up.

I started it as a way to write up my race reports and it grew from there.

I like to connect with people I'd otherwise never meet. It's amazing how well this blogging thing has worked thus far.

And be careful being a guinea pig for the pharmas...and thank you if you do, particularly if it brings people one step closer to good health.
