In 2005 they asked me if I would like to coach participants to run endurance events. I was elated and have been doing it since. Now I'm trying to spread the word of running to everyone.

A little Boy's Christmas
A few weeks ago, I wrote about a local boy that wanted one last Christmas.
Sadly, Noah lost his battle with cancer and died Monday morning at his home. Noah Biorkman's family received more than one-million Christmas cards over the past couple months after friends started a campaign to make sure Noah had one last Christmas, November 6th.
I hope he had a wonderful early Christmas and his parents understand that there are plenty of people out in the world who are kind and want to help provide sick children with the care that they need or the wishes that they want filled.
Evil, evil diseases. We just learned of a bright and wonderful 15 year old girl here who lost her fight with leukemia last Friday. I hate it when children suffer. Someday, and soon, I really believe there will be more cures.

How sad. I'm glad he got his Christmas cards first!
so young, how very, very sad. My thoughts go to his family. Noah received his Christmas and is now enjoying the freedom to fly with the angels.
