Wednesday's Why????

Why do I think I'm still in my Thirties?????

I am suffering from Delay Onset Muscles Soreness (DOMS)......

How do those folks on the Biggest Loser get away with 8 hours in the gym and you never see them aching the next few days?

I have been trying to hit the strength training hard and it is paying off with pain!!!!!

Remember the pain in your ass when you did lunges for the first time in forever?

OUCH.......

I always wondered about the biggest losers workouts. I am surprised someone has not died yet. Seriously.

Feeling guilty, I can't even remember how to get to the gym, and my GPS is broken. I do remember it is less than a mile from my house, that might help...

I have a Wednesday question I just can't get out of my mind. Do you think the Chicago Marathon mom got to take a shower before giving birth? No one should have to have marathon stank on them while giving birth.

i also wonder how the BL people workout more than once in that first week.... it's impossible for regular-workeroutters like us, i can't imagine how stiff and sore they are.
