I went out for a little morning jog to see if all the parts were still functional. I'm not sure how I looked but this is how I was feeling........

i know that feeling! running felt wayy awkward back in the summer when i was getting back into it. hope you feel better after the weekend!
and valid point about the yoga v pushups. i use the "100 pushups" program for a schedule, although i'm not trying for 100 in a row, just as a program so i don't just do like, 10x3 and quit.
I get that feeling every couple of weeks or so...not sure why, usually, other than I've been having some foot issues lately.
