Hi, my name is Ken and I'm NOT a Cyclist!

I've never considered myself a cyclist and probably never will be.

I'm the guy that feathers the brakes as we go downhill while everyone else is trying to go faster.

So why am I riding three hundred miles in three days? I'm doing it for the kids and that's what I'll be saying the entire ride.....

Is it just me or do any of you need an extra day off from work because of the weekend? Why do we try and cram so must stuff into those two short days? Will we ever be able to sleep in????

I ran into a guy from one of my running groups and he can't imagine working full-time and getting in run/bike/workouts. He got me to thinking about it and with a morning run, I can go to the gym at lunch and still get in a ride after work. No wonder I'm tired all the time.

Where is my Geritol?????????????

Good luck friend! May the bike seat be padded and you don't forget your ride glide!

I ride downhill pumping my breaks too! I wonder how long my breaks will last doing that. Good luck on those 300 miles!

If you're riding for the kids, try riding like a kid...go no-hands down the hills:)
